Kathy Vivian studied Plants and Planting Design at Capel Manor College in Regent’s Park and was chosen as Student of the Year during her foundation year because of her enthusiasm for gardening and design. She has loved plants and gardens from childhood and was given a greenhouse at the age of eleven.


Kathy is also interested in environmental issues and is concerned about the loss of habitat for wildlife. She thinks that gardens can be functional, beautiful and a haven for nature.

Kathy is based in west London.
